Here are some homemade remedies to help you fight dry and cracked feet in the warmth of your home


Apply sweet banana flesh on your feet, leave on for 15 to 20 minutes then rinse your feet with lukewarm water. To be done 3 times a week.


Add 1 cup of honey in a small basin of warm water where you’ll soak the feet for 15 minutes, then press a foot grater and grate the soles of the feet. The honey softens the dead skin accumulated on the heels. You can also coat the soles of your feet with honey, wear socks and keep them overnight.


Do foot massages (especially on the cracked part) with sesame oil every evening for 10 minutes.


Add baking soda to the bowl of water during your pedicure as it makes it easier to remove dead skin.


This, in addition will soften dead skin, treat fungal infections.

NOTE:The results depend on each individual and on the duration and regularity of the application of the solutions.

How To Get A Flat Stomach

Majority of saggy stomach is due to bad posture. Learning to stand straight can improve your look very quickly with little effort.

Avocados has gain wide popularity among products been used to care for our natural hair. You don’t have to break the banks because of this awesome hair mask for it can be made in the comfort of your home.

Avocados really fight hair breakage, helps the hair retain moisture, improves hair elasticity, increase hair shine and makes your hair silky and soft.

How To Make

  • Get large avocado and scoop out the fleshy green meat inside into your blender and blend. NB if you do not have a blender you can make use of your wooden spoon to mash it very well to get a smooth paste.
  • Add 1tbsp of honey
  • 2tbsps of olive oil
  • 3tbsps of aloe vera juice(optional)

Apply this mask all over hair from roots to tips and make sure each strands of your hair is coated. Cover with shower cap and leave for 30mins to 1hour. Repeat these steps once every week and thank me later.

NB:The key thing to getting/having a healthy hair is consistency. Know what works for your hair and stick to it. Avoid putting too much stuffs on your hair.
